Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to join our team at DES Growth Partners, Inc. as an Account Executive.
This role involves selling document management services to new and existing customers, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong hunter mentality and the ability to prospect and sell into new account opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation and prospecting activities to maintain a required pipeline of prospect accounts.
- Qualify, research, track, and develop leads into viable opportunities.
- Develop strong business cases, proposals, and presentations for sales opportunities.
- Negotiate the terms of agreements and close sales.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the industry, trends, technology, competitive offerings, and customer requirements, and provide informed feedback to the company.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in document management or related field.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (in-office and remote)
