Account Growth Specialist

This Account Growth Specialist position requires a sales professional who can identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth for DES Growth Partners, Inc.
You will be responsible for prospecting new customers, developing sales strategies, and closing deals. Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, a strong hunter mentality, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
A key aspect of this role is maintaining a strong knowledge of the industry, trends, technology, competitive offerings, and customer requirements. The successful candidate will be able to analyze market data and develop targeted campaigns to drive sales growth.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 per annum, with an OTE of $130K based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting activities
- Qualify, research, track, and develop leads into viable sales opportunities
- Develop sales strategies and propose solutions to meet client needs
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market changes
