As an Insurance Growth Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping individuals and families protect their financial futures through our life insurance and debt elimination services.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients, while also providing ongoing support and service to existing clients. This is a 100% commission-only position, which means your earning potential is directly tied to your performance.
The EA Agency offers a unique compensation structure, with the potential to earn $50,000+ in the first year as a part-time agent and up to $100,000+ in the first year as a full-time agent. Agency owners can generate a system-driven income of $200K - $500K+ per year.
