Sales Growth Specialist for Industrial Automation Solutions

We are seeking a skilled Sales Growth Specialist for Industrial Automation Solutions to join our team in the North Central Indiana region. This role involves identifying, defining, developing, and recommending appropriate products and services for customer applications.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of the local market, as well as experience with the products and solutions. The Sales Growth Specialist will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Youngblood Automation products, systems, and services.
- Identify, define, develop, and recommend appropriate products and services for customer applications.
- Build relationships across all levels within existing accounts and prospective target accounts.
- Develop, document, and communicate market intelligence to Regional Sales Manager, Sales Director, and Vendor Partners.
- Ensure timely flow of quotations to maximize the opportunity to win the order.
Estimated Salary: $58,000 - $68,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer competitive pay and benefits, including health, dental, and life insurance; 401(k) with company match; expense allowance; mobile phone allowance; and tuition reimbursement program.
Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or similar.
- Experience in sales of automation equipment & components strongly preferred.
- Value-added sales experience.
- Excellent customer focus and understanding of total customer satisfaction.
- Technical application aptitude and/or relevant engineering experience.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
