Job Title

As a Business Growth Specialist at NCW, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth trajectory. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with our expanding customer base and secure new client accounts in the construction industry.

Your daily tasks may include:

  • Developing your personal book of business within your respective market
  • Selling NCW services to prospective clients and managing existing accounts
  • Facilitating the full-cycle recruitment process for prospective candidates (sourcing, screening, negotiating employment terms, etc.)
  • Tending to onsite management tasks as needed to support your personal book of business
  • Representing the NCW brand through initiatives like job fairs, networking events, and hiring events
  • Sourcing potential customers through creative and traditional mediums to maintain a steady flow of prospective clients

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical skill and the desire to solve problems
  • Leadership skills
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking System or Customer Relationship Management software in managing a talent pipeline
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • The ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience in professional recruiting or selling specifically in the construction (or similar) industry
