Service Account Growth Executive

The Hill Group is seeking an experienced Service Account Manager to play a key role in driving sales growth and client satisfaction in our Indianapolis service operations. As a successful Service Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing service accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, account management, and customer service, with experience working in the HVAC industry. You will be responsible for meeting with clients regularly to discuss their needs, review ongoing projects, and identify potential areas for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive issue resolution
- Develop and execute strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, relationship-building, and targeted marketing efforts
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and grow existing accounts
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns
Account and Project Oversight:
- Manage the sales process from initial lead to close, including proposal development and presentation
- Oversee project execution, ensuring timely completion and satisfactory outcomes
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, projects, and sales performance
Operational Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet client expectations
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering quality results
Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
