Job Title: Water Management Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Water Management Engineer to join our team at Ford Motor Company. As a key member of our Vehicle Integration Attribute team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues related to water management in our vehicles.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead vehicle program teams to meet critical water management requirements, including water wading, car wash, and water run-off.
  • Conduct CAD checks to ensure early design meets water management requirements.
  • Conduct vehicle-level tests to sign off vehicle programs during the prototype phase.
  • Identify root cause and resolve water-related quality issues.
  • Present attribute status at vehicle program milestones.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in automotive engineering, including internships.
