Position Summary:

The selected individual will be part of the vehicle integration attribute team, tasked with fulfilling essential requirements and delivering top-tier vehicles to our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the vehicle program team to ensure compliance with water management (WM) standards, including water wading, car wash, water runoff, and under-hood water management.
- Perform CAD evaluations to confirm that early designs adhere to water management specifications.
- Conduct vehicle-level assessments to validate vehicle programs during the prototype phase.
- Direct cross-functional teams to address issues identified during CAD evaluations or physical assessments.
- Present attribute progress at vehicle program milestones.
- Identify root causes and rectify water-related quality concerns.
- Understand customer expectations, document lessons learned, enhance processes, and adjust requirements as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 25 years of experience in automotive engineering, including internships, with a passion for automotive systems.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to independently navigate complex challenges and make swift decisions.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to create presentations that clearly convey key points.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in cross-functional leadership, project management, and systems engineering is advantageous.

Educational Background:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a reputable institution, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher; a master’s degree is highly preferred.
