About the Role
As the Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will spearhead growth initiatives by establishing and nurturing relationships with key collaborators.

Your responsibilities will include identifying and securing alliances with influential brands and creators, as well as crafting strategies to boost partner engagement and collaboration.

This role requires you to forge robust connections with designers, artists, and brands, aligning partnership opportunities with business objectives for sustainable success.

You will negotiate agreements and oversee ongoing partnerships to ensure reciprocal advantages.

Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will synchronize partnership activities with the overarching business strategy, while tracking and analyzing performance metrics to deliver insights and recommendations for enhancement.

About Your Background and Skills
Ideal candidates will have 5-7 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or a similar field.

They should exhibit strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with a proven history of securing and overseeing successful partnerships. Candidates must be strategic thinkers with exceptional communication abilities and a genuine enthusiasm for the creative and retail sectors. Experience in a dynamic, innovative environment is advantageous.

Compensation:
$160-180k.
