Job Opportunity:

$43,000 - $53,000 per year

We seek a reliable and organized Mail Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely and accurate delivery, and supporting the administrative team with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mail and Package Delivery: Sort and distribute incoming mail to appropriate departments and personnel.
  • Mail Preparation: Prepare and send outgoing mail, including letters, packages, and other documents.
  • Mailroom Maintenance: Maintain an organized mailroom, ensuring all supplies are stocked and mail is sorted efficiently.
  • Supportive Tasks: Assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as needed.
  • Excellent Customer Service: Respond to inquiries regarding mail services and provide excellent customer service.
What We're Looking For:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a mailroom or similar clerical role is preferred but not required.
  • Skillset: Strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail and accuracy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in using office equipment such as computers, scanners, and postage meters, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
