Receptionist/Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly individual, fluent in both English and Spanish, to join our team as a Receptionist/Assistant in our chiropractic office. No prior experience is necessary, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a rewarding career in healthcare.

Responsibilities

  1. Greet and assist patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor in both English and Spanish.
  2. Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries in both languages.
  3. Place patients on therapies and perform therapies.
  4. Maintain organized patient records and assist with administrative tasks.
  5. Collaborate with the chiropractic team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently, basic computer skills for appointment scheduling and record-keeping, and an enthusiastic attitude with a strong commitment to customer service. The estimated hourly pay is around $18-$22 per hour, based on experience.
