Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Project Coordinator to join our team at Psomas. As a Financial Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our fast-paced professional team with administrative contract and project support, plus accounting functions associated with various teams and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project start-up documentation and prepare subcontracts.
- Review, track and coordinate subconsultants invoices to ensure compliance with contract requirements and project budgets.
- Assist with contract administration from execution to close out.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly project billings according to client and contract specifications.
- Provide expert guidance to project managers on financial aspects of their projects.
- Collaborate with clients to resolve business-related issues and acquire necessary documentation.
- Process and code credit card transactions and expense reports accurately.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in general accounting, administrative or related fields with a minimum 5-year background.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple teams in-office and virtually.

Compensation Package:
- Salary: $33.00 - $40.00/hour based on experience.
