Administrative Services Coordinator

This is a challenging and specialized clerical role that requires in-depth knowledge of departmental procedures, policies, and precedents. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing information, initiating tasks, and preparing reports with minimal supervision.
About the Role- Coordinates the processing, recording, and filing of various documents.
- Maintains complex records, including cost records and statistical data.
- Assumes responsibility for specific clerical functions or specialized units within a department.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- At least 4 years of progressively responsible experience in general clerical work, including 1 year of independent responsibility for a clerical activity.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
