Financial Administrative Specialist

Illumination Foundation is seeking an experienced Administrative Accounting Coordinator to join our team. This role will support our accounting and finance team in administrative tasks, Accounts Payable, and Contract Invoicing. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
Job Description:
- Perform a wide range of administrative tasks, including calendar management and expense report processing.
- Maintain the smooth functioning of our office by organizing documentation and managing supplies.
- Prepare and distribute reports and presentations.
- Coordinate projects, events, and meeting logistics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role (5+ years).
- Experience with Accounts Payable and Expense Reporting (3+ years).
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (recommended).
Salary Range: $28.85 - $31.25 per hour, depending on experience.
