Your responsibilities may encompass various project types, including commercial buildings, warehouses, residential complexes, retail establishments, and hospitality venues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and prepare Property Condition Assessment and Construction Monitoring Reports.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of properties to evaluate the condition of various components, including site improvements, structural integrity, facades, interiors, roofing, mechanical systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and safety measures.
  • Review architectural plans, specifications, and budget estimates as part of the construction financing process.
  • Perform investigative research involving service providers and regulatory agencies.
  • Document and photograph representative systems, conditions, and any physical deficiencies.
  • Generate cost estimates for rectifying building deficiencies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through timely responses and proactive solutions to client inquiries.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering (civil or structural), or Construction Management.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in the building evaluation or commercial design sector.
  • General knowledge of essential building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety), site work, structural conditions, and building envelopes.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Adobe, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
