About the Role

As a Construction Superintendent at Uprite Construction, you will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with plans and safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to travel to various locations in Southern California.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Direct and oversee construction activities from conception to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage construction teams, delegating tasks and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Communication: Liaise with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure effective coordination and communication throughout the project.
  • Safety and Quality: Enforce safety protocols and quality control measures to ensure a safe working environment and high-quality project outcomes.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain and submit all required documentation and reports, including project progress updates and issue resolutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems promptly, making timely decisions to keep projects on track.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring open communication and transparency throughout the project.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure projects adhere to the highest quality standards, reviewing project deliverables for accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve on-site issues and emergencies promptly, minimizing disruption to the project.
