Additional responsibilities include conducting client meetings, managing project timelines, capacity forecasting, compliance audits, and overseeing safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily project operations for assigned accounts.
  • Implement and manage safety programs, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
  • Monitor and enhance the productivity of the onsite workforce.
  • Enforce quality control measures to guarantee compliance with established standards.
  • Ensure timely escalation of incidents in line with company policies and service level agreements.
  • Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance on career growth and training opportunities.
  • Conduct inspections of ongoing work to verify adherence to specifications and timelines.
  • Analyze project specifications to develop effective construction procedures based on timelines and requirements.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in Low Voltage Construction.
  • Strong understanding of best practices in data centers, laboratories, office environments, and semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with construction processes, tools, and materials.
  • Proficient in interpreting blueprints and specifications.
  • Capable of assessing construction and design challenges and proposing effective solutions.
  • Previous experience in leading and motivating a project delivery team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Educational Background
  • Required:
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in IT Management or a related field.
  • Preferred:
    • Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification from BICSI.
    • PMP Certification or equivalent.
    • ITIL Certification.
Supervisory Duties

This role will oversee Project Managers, Technicians, Coordinators, and may also supervise other personnel.
