Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and production teams throughout the project lifecycle, from development to administration.

  • Prepare detailed Design Development (DD) and Construction Document (CD) sets.
  • Assist in contract management, including modifications, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Facilitate all project-related communication, both internally and externally.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to team members, ensuring timely document development.
  • Research and coordinate the selection of materials, products, and building systems.
  • Review project documents for accuracy and compliance with office standards.

  • Manage reprographics and finalize project details.
  • Oversee submittals and the review process by relevant governmental agencies.
  • Maintain close communication with clients, designers, construction teams, and contractors.
  • Ensure project profitability and accurately assess project completion percentages.
  • Schedule and lead team meetings to monitor progress.
  • Act as a liaison between project principals and the team, providing updates on project status.
  • Keep project files organized according to office protocols.
  • Secure client approvals at critical project milestones.
  • Ensure accurate timekeeping for all project-related work.
