- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in construction project management, specifically in commercial construction and tenant improvements.
- Expertise: Proven expertise in navigating and applying California State building codes and construction regulations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid) and the MS Office Suite.
- Leadership and Communication: Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage diverse teams and drive project success.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in high-pressure environments and under tight deadlines.
- Tenant Improvement Experience: Extensive experience in successfully managing complex tenant improvement projects in commercial settings.
