We are in search of a seasoned Construction Project Coordinator with experience in collaborating with General Contractors and Design-Build firms.

This role primarily focuses on Tenant Improvement (TI) projects, and candidates should possess a robust portfolio of previous work.

Experience with clean room and laboratory projects in the life sciences sector is highly desirable.

As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will take charge of managing and supervising construction initiatives from inception to completion. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, exceptional organizational capabilities, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside architects, engineers, and contractors to formulate project plans and specifications.
- Perform site inspections to evaluate project advancement and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to guarantee timely procurement of materials and equipment.
- Oversee project budgets, including monitoring expenditures and reviewing invoices.
- Generate and present progress reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct quality assurance inspections to confirm that workmanship aligns with industry benchmarks.
- Address any challenges or disputes that may emerge during the construction process.
- Offer technical assistance and direction to project team members.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in project management within the construction sector.
- Proficient in software such as Civil 3D, Bluebeam, Schematics, Heavy Bid, Prolog, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Detail-oriented with robust analytical skills.
