As a Project Manager, you will work collaboratively with experienced architects and engineers, leading projects autonomously. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, technologically proficient, client-oriented, and possess strong interdisciplinary coordination skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and compile Property Condition Assessment and Construction Monitoring Reports.
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to evaluate the condition of various building components, including site improvements, structural elements, facades, interiors, roofs, mechanical systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and life safety measures.
- Review architectural plans, specifications, and budget estimates as part of the construction financing process.
- Engage in investigative research concerning service providers and regulatory agencies.
- Document and photograph representative systems, conditions, and any physical deficiencies observed.
- Prepare cost estimates for rectifying building deficiencies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through prompt responses and proactive solutions to client inquiries.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering (civil or structural), or Construction Management.
- 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in building evaluation or commercial design.
- General understanding of essential building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety), site work, structural integrity, and building envelope.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Adobe, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
