Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering (civil or structural), or Construction Management.
  • 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in building evaluation or commercial design.
  • General understanding of essential building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety), site work, structural integrity, and building envelope.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Adobe, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
