Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Oversee field and project engineering activities.
  • Collaborate with the Project Superintendent and Project Manager to formulate construction strategies and site logistics.
  • Manage subcontractor agreements, including scope definition, inquiries, progress monitoring, and payment processing.
  • Assist in the development and upkeep of project schedules and financial tracking systems.
  • Ensure quality control and contract compliance through diligent review of shop drawings, submittals, and scheduling.
  • Facilitate materials procurement and expedite delivery processes.
  • Support equipment selection and rental coordination.

Qualifications

Experience: 3-5 years of progressive responsibility in construction projects.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Procore and other project management software.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software.
