About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Uprite Construction Corporation. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Support: Assist project managers in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and on-site crews to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their satisfaction with project progress.
  • Document Management: Maintain and organize all project documents, including contracts, daily logs, and other critical information.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate potential issues and develop solutions to prevent delays and ensure project success.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in construction or project management.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in project management software (CMIC, Procore, MS Project, or similar) and standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Team Spirit: Collaborative mindset and the ability to work well with a diverse team.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Proactive approach to identifying and solving issues before they become problems.
