Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Team Coordinator to join our team at ChenMed. As a Service Team Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, responding to their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to patient inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Patient Scheduling: Coordinate patient scheduling, including making outbound calls and responding to inbound calls to schedule appointments.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, team members, and leadership to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Documentation: Accurately document interactions with patients using web-based technology.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members across multiple departments to promote VIP customer service and patient interactions.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, active listening, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in keyboarding and Microsoft Office Suite products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
