Position Title: Front Desk Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time

Overview: This role is for a Front Desk Coordinator dedicated to supporting the mission of Saving Lives, Instilling Hope, and Restoring Relationships within a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Open the clinic and warmly welcome patients, ensuring a hospitable and clean environment.
  • Provide comfort and support to patients and their significant others.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments for patients in person and over the phone, documenting all interactions in the medical records.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas.
  • Coordinate patient flow in collaboration with all members of the multidisciplinary team.
  • Manage the filing of patient records efficiently.
  • Utilize computer systems proficiently for scheduling, modifying, or canceling appointments and maintaining necessary documentation.
  • Conduct daily financial summaries and balance payments received.
  • Order, organize, and stock educational materials for patient use.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance patient experiences and ensure continuity of care.
  • Assist the team in monitoring treatment program accountability and patient compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA and CFR 42 part 2 regulations.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.

Experience: Background in medical and office administration, along with a strong customer service track record emphasizing attention to detail.
