Advanced Dental Center Inc is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Patient Coordinator to join our front office team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, ensuring seamless communication between patients and our dental team, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front Office Operations
    • Warmly greet and build rapport with patients, ensuring a positive first impression of our practice.
    • Efficiently check in and out patients for their scheduled appointments.
    • Verify patient appointments via phone calls, texts, and emails.
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Proactively sweep the schedule, addressing conversions, unconfirmed confirmed appointments, balances, and signed treatment plans.
    • Build the schedule by making proactive phone calls, texts, and emails to schedule appointments.
  • Patient Communication
    • Speak to patients about their treatment plans, estimated insurance coverage, and warranty options.
    • Provide information on the Dental Saver Discount Plan.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain and update patient profiles within our patient management system.
    • Pull end-of-day reports.
    • Ensure all required documentation is on file prior to the appointment.
    • Verify patients' dental insurance.
    • Collect patients' fees and copays before the appointment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience working in the dental field is preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work in an area where the noise level is typical of an office environment.
