Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in system/software development and maintenance, with a focus on Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • 8 years of expertise in complex system configurations, data migration, and system architecture.
  • 8 years of managing multiple project streams and overseeing budgetary considerations.
  • 8 years of experience in documenting software architectures, schemas, business rules, and workflows.
  • 3 years of involvement with federally funded sub-recipient vendor programs.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • The Program Manager will oversee, monitor, and facilitate the operational scope, technical framework, vendor resources, and associated costs for the implementation of the re-procured solution.
  • The Program Manager will collaborate with outgoing and incoming service vendors to ensure a fully integrated SaaS solution featuring a web-based interface and a comprehensive database for accurate reporting.
  • The system will support multiple concurrent users statewide.
  • The solution will manage call information, consumer data, assessment and eligibility data, service delivery, service activities, and Ombudsman information necessary for compliance with federal reporting standards.
  • This role involves the re-procurement of an information management system for Aging and Disability services, including an Ombudsman component, to effectively support data maintenance and reporting.
