  • Work alongside business and technology partners to establish and achieve success metrics, ensuring meaningful product outcomes and business value.
  • Implement an end-to-end planning and execution strategy grounded in Agile best practices.
  • Continuously evaluate our delivery practices, identifying areas for improvement and driving necessary actions to address gaps.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to business stakeholders and cross-functional collaborators, building relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Manage uncertainty and motivate the team to remain focused on both short-term and long-term objectives while fostering a positive, high-performance, innovative, and inclusive environment.
Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication and partnership skills, with the ability to engage and influence across the organization, including executive leadership.
  • Demonstrated success in driving transformational technical projects to completion with high quality, on time, and within budget.
  • Experience leading teams in an Agile environment utilizing Scrum and SAFe methodologies.
  • Ability to gather and analyze data to inform trade-off discussions, prioritization, and reporting metrics to track progress and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Familiarity with technologies and processes such as Java microservices, AWS Cloud services, low-code integration platforms, and automated entitlement and provisioning processes is advantageous.
