The Risk and Identity Solutions (RaIS) Program Management Office is pivotal in ensuring the effective delivery of our RaIS products to the market. Position Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager with 8-10 years of relevant experience to enhance our US-based team, focusing on the launch and commercialization of innovative products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and oversee projects to completion for RaIS's key product initiatives.
  • Provide structured guidance throughout the program lifecycle, enabling Product owners and stakeholders to achieve their goals.
  • Lead multiple work streams across various functions, managing simultaneous efforts effectively.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to manage project scope, secure necessary resources, and implement processes that enhance daily operations.
  • Balance competing priorities, leverage synergies, and foster collaboration among cross-functional partners.
  • Identify and resolve challenges, removing bottlenecks to facilitate project execution.
  • Maintain clear communication by reporting on project status, milestones, deliverables, and lessons learned.
  • Exhibit ownership by holding yourself and the program team accountable for commitments and objectives.

Work Environment:
This position is hybrid, allowing flexibility between remote and office work. Employees are expected to work from the office 2-3 days a week, depending on business needs.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an Advanced degree, or 2+ years with a PhD.
  • Preferred: 9+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 7+ years with an Advanced degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, adept at navigating ambiguity, particularly in product development or complex projects.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
  • Advocate for agile methodologies, fostering new working practices in a transforming organization.

Additional Information:
This role may require occasional travel (5-10%). The position will be performed in an office setting, requiring the ability to sit and stand at a desk, communicate effectively, and operate standard office equipment.
