Job Overview:

My3Tech is seeking the expertise of a Senior EHR Program Manager, hereafter referred to as the Candidate, who possesses extensive qualifications in project management and aligns with the specifications outlined in this document.

Role Summary:

The Senior EHR Program Manager will oversee specific projects within the organization. The primary responsibilities include planning, budgeting, monitoring, and documenting all aspects of the assigned projects. The candidate may work independently or lead a team to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop comprehensive project documentation, including business case workbooks, project charters, and schedules.
  2. Conduct requirements gathering, coordination, reporting, and evaluation of project management implementation.
  3. Manage application and data migration efforts while ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
  4. Act as a liaison between business users and vendors to facilitate information exchange.
  5. Work under minimal supervision, exercising initiative and independent judgment.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • 9+ years of experience managing multiple projects, particularly in implementing EHR applications across large organizations.
  • Proficient in database management systems such as InterSystems Caché, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Expertise in project management tools including MS Project, Excel, Word, Visio, and Jira.
  • Strong analytical skills to research, assemble, and analyze data to devise effective solutions.
  • Experience in mapping business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with project sponsors, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on teamwork.
  • Proven track record in managing application migration and data mapping efforts.

Additional Considerations:

Preferred qualifications include familiarity with SaaS EHR systems, cloud data migrations, and project documentation practices. PMP certification is also advantageous.

Work Environment:

The role will primarily be remote, with services expected to be delivered during standard business hours. The candidate may need to accommodate occasional work outside regular hours as required by project demands.
