The individual will serve as the primary financial liaison for the business, providing leadership and strategic financial insights across all facets of Commercial Finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Oversee client financial discussions, including contract negotiations, pricing strategies, reporting, and addressing ad-hoc requests.
  • P&L Oversight: Manage the profit and loss statement, ensuring accurate monthly forecasts and reconciliations. Present financial forecasts to executive leadership and utilize insights for cost management, including staffing and intercompany transactions.
  • Client Reporting: Ensure compliance with contractual reporting requirements for external clients.
  • Project Pricing: Collaborate cross-functionally to establish pricing for various projects utilizing Fee File management.
  • Cost Management: Provide strategic guidance on significant cost initiatives and reporting.
  • Contractual Compliance: Guarantee adherence to all financial obligations outlined in contracts with international clients, frequently liaising with auditors and client procurement teams.

Qualifications

Experience and Knowledge Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Over 10 years of experience in finance, with a focus on Client Finance or Commercial Finance, and a solid understanding of GAAP.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, independent thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in team leadership and development.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Microsoft D365 and Nexelus is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this role is between $113,000 and $182,850. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including relevant experience and skills. A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and paid time off, is also available.
