Role Objective

The Regional Sales Executive will be tasked with driving sales performance and optimizing revenue streams throughout the East Coast territory. This strategic leadership role demands a comprehensive understanding of the beauty sector, a solid history in sales leadership, and the capability to cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. The Executive will be instrumental in defining the sales strategy and reaching ambitious revenue goals.
Candidate Profile

We are looking for a highly driven and seasoned sales leader with extensive knowledge of the beauty industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of success in sales management, ideally within the cosmetics, skincare, or haircare domains. They should exhibit exceptional leadership capabilities, strong business insight, and a fervor for achieving results. The Regional Sales Executive should be a strategic planner, skilled in recognizing market opportunities, and possess outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at enhancing revenue growth and increasing market penetration across the East Coast.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team, establishing clear objectives to meet sales goals.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners to maximize business opportunities and elevate customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor actions, and consumer insights to uncover new sales prospects and devise innovative strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to ensure effective execution of sales initiatives and successful product launches.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance evaluations to senior management, emphasizing key accomplishments, challenges, and suggestions for enhancement.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to provide strategic direction and maintain a competitive advantage.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline; an MBA is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales management, ideally within the beauty industry.
  • A demonstrated history of consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and guide a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and sustaining relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and formulate effective sales strategies.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the beauty industry, including trends, competitors, and consumer preferences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the East Coast region.
