We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our Sales efforts across both public and private sectors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in your territory, leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.
- Provide thought leadership and expertise to prospective clients, educating them on the value proposition of our platform and helping them to develop regional transit plans and find funding mechanisms.
- Champion our mission and technology as the face of Via, leading local marketing campaigns, speaking at conferences, and providing consistent thought leadership in the mobility space.
- Minimum of 8+ years of client-facing experience in Sales, Business Development, Consulting, or a similar field.
- Proven track record of achievement in sales, with a strong understanding of the public and private sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex buying landscapes and develop compelling business cases.
