Position Overview

Field Sales Manager for Therma-Tru

We are seeking a Field Sales Manager to engage with current clients in the Northern LA and Central Coast regions to meet financial sales objectives. The successful candidate will possess a background in sales, demonstrate independence, and be open to occasional travel.

  • Engage and support wholesalers, contractors, dealers, and industry professionals
  • Execute marketing initiatives for client accounts
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Participate in trade exhibitions and nurture client relationships
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the designated territory

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • At least 3 years of sales experience required
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Willingness to travel and work autonomously

Compensation Range: $75,000 - $95,000
