Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and grow sales within the current customer base while actively seeking new business opportunities.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Design and implement quarterly, monthly, and weekly strategies aimed at optimizing customer engagement and increasing face-to-face selling time in the assigned territory.
  • Develop a robust sales pipeline, ensuring its progression through on-site visits and proactive outreach.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and submit comprehensive sales reports.
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager to devise and execute territory strategies that capitalize on account opportunities.
  • Travel primarily within the assigned territory and across the United States for training, trade shows, and team meetings as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years in outside business-to-business sales or capital device sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to manage sales quotas and navigate complex sales processes.
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
