Senior Account Executive for Security

At DAC, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our Security team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new sales and executing a sales strategy to win new work and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to grow sales and profitability while increasing client satisfaction.
  • Act as Client Executive for strategic accounts, developing overall client strategies and leading a team to meet those goals.
  • Accurately track and forecast all sales opportunities.
  • Maintain opportunity, client, and account information in our CRM.
  • Develop and grow relationships with assigned architects, engineers, contractors, and end users.
  • Follow through on sold projects to ensure satisfactory completion and client satisfaction.
  • Cross-sell all DAC products and services to existing and potential clients.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's Degree or greater in engineering, finance, business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of five years previous and relevant sales or operations experience in the Security field required.
  • Proven sales record of exceeding sales goals over previous three years of sales experience required.
