About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Training Specialist to join our team at Manpower Engineering. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering high-quality training programs for engineers working on various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and manage training programs for staff working on engineering projects.
  • Analyze training needs and create effective learning solutions using instructional design principles.
  • Develop and maintain engaging training materials using Articulate Storyline and other tools.
  • Deliver instructor-led training sessions and manage online learning platforms.
  • Ensure all training programs meet regulatory requirements and project goals.
  • Support the administration of the project's Learning Management System (LMS).
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field (OR) 9 years of related experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with instructional design principles and the ADDIE model.
  • Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS and DOORS software (preferred).
  • US Citizenship (mandatory).
