Your Role:

As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the Experience: Oversee all facets of the restaurant, including food preparation, customer service, and team management.
  • Planning for Success: Proactively manage all personnel processes, including:
    • Recruitment, hiring, and onboarding
    • Staffing and scheduling
    • Performance management
    • Training, coaching, and motivating team members
  • Business Acumen: Make informed decisions regarding inventory management, budgeting, and food procurement.
  • Ensuring Safety: Implement and uphold food safety standards to ensure compliance with our high expectations.
  • Inspiring Excellence: Maintain a safe environment for both guests and employees.
  • Results-Driven: Manage all operational aspects of the restaurant, including maintenance to meet our standards of excellence.
