Position Summary:


• Oversee traffic management at designated toll plazas to maintain an efficient flow of vehicles.

Reporting Structure:


• Reports directly to the Tolling Experience Deputy Assistant Manager.


• Collaborates with fellow Toll Collection personnel and Supervisors from various departments within ITR Concession Co LLC.

Key Responsibilities:


• Execute all tasks with safety as a priority, adhering to both internal and external safety protocols, and actively participating in all required safety training.


• Embody ITR Concession Co LLC's core values: Customer Service, Respect, Excellence, Stewardship, and Teamwork (CREST).


• Identify safety concerns and implement corrective actions as needed.


• Directly supervise and manage the performance of Seasonal/Temporary Toll Collectors, including responsibilities such as hiring recommendations, disciplinary actions, payroll approvals, and conducting performance evaluations.


• Manage traffic flow at assigned toll plazas, assisting customers both in-person and remotely.


• Schedule personnel in accordance with departmental policies to efficiently handle expected traffic volumes.


• Adjust staffing levels based on real-time traffic conditions and directives.


• Conduct inspections of toll plaza operations at various times throughout the day and night.


• Modify toll lane configurations to enhance traffic flow.


• Prepare weekly lane schedules to align with operational demands.


• Monitor the condition of ITR Concession Co LLC property and report issues using designated software.


• Exercise sound judgment to determine when intervention is necessary to fulfill responsibilities to customers and the organization.


• Oversee supply inventories and ensure necessary replacements and maintenance of toll lane equipment.


• Provide assistance to disabled vehicles, respond to accidents, and administer first aid when required.


• Authorize and manage overtime as needed to meet operational requirements.


• Be prepared to respond to emergency situations.


• Perform duties related to electronic toll collection, addressing issues with various systems.


• Utilize the following software systems:

o BOTS

o Microsoft Suite

o Adobe

o Power BI

o Zabbix

o EPX

o DOT Look Up

o Vara, VNC, VPN

o VueWorks


• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


• High school diploma or GED required.


• Proven organizational skills are essential.


• Effective written and verbal communication skills are necessary.


• Ability to provide on-the-job training for new hires.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.


• Capability to apply company policies consistently with the organization's best interests in mind.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment while maintaining a strong customer focus.


• Must be able to lift and carry weights up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks involving pushing, pulling, and lifting.


• A valid driver's license is required.

Preferred Experience:


• 2-4 years of supervisory experience is desirable.

Working Conditions:


• This position involves frequent physical activity, including:

 Extended periods of standing, walking, and sitting.

 Frequent communication and auditory engagement.

 Moderate to heavy physical effort.

 Significant computer usage.

 Work environment includes both indoor and outdoor settings.

 Regular use of phones and radios.

 Travel may be required up to 20% of the time.
