**Job Summary**

Temple Health is seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Physician Practice, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality patient care.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Operational Oversight: Manage practice operations, including employee scheduling, physician scheduling, and maintenance of medical records.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the practice, including office billing and collections, cash handling, purchasing supplies, and managing expenses.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and identify and mitigate potential risks to the practice.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve practice goals and objectives.
**Requirements**
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required), Associates Degree (Preferred), Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
  • Experience: 2 Years experience in physician practice office (Required), 1 Year experience in a supervisory role (Preferred)
