We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to serve as Assistant Dean of Clinical Operations at InsideHigherEd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our dental practice, ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients, and driving the strategic growth and development of our programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and oversight to the clinical operations team, ensuring the effective management of resources and the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Clinical Direction: Collaborate with the Operations Director and clinical staff to develop and implement clinical policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including accreditation and licensure standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, including regular reviews and evaluations of clinical practices.
  • Strategic Planning: Participate in the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive the growth and development of our programs, including the identification of new opportunities and the development of partnerships with other organizations.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including patients, faculty, staff, and community partners, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education: DDS or DMD degree required.
  • Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of clinical experience at a dental practice, with leadership and direct supervisory experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Current license to practice dentistry, with the ability to practice in Pennsylvania without any restrictions.
