Position Overview
This leadership role encompasses the financial, administrative, operational, managerial, human resources, and strategic planning aspects associated with the designated divisions. The Director will oversee all facets of the divisional, departmental, and institutional missions, including administrative leadership for clinical services, education, and research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Oversight: Responsible for the management of financial operations, including the operating budget, annual budget development, variance reporting, performance analysis, and grant funding management.
  • Operational Leadership: Collaborates with the Division Chief to provide strategic direction and operational guidance for all division initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence that aligns with the organization’s mission and values.
  • Human Resources Management: Works alongside the Division Chief to coordinate recruitment, promotion, and retention strategies for division staff, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
  • Strategic Development: Engages with the Division Chief and relevant departments to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and formulate business plans for new services.
  • Community Engagement: Participates in various departmental and community service activities, including committee involvement and project team participation.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of ten years of leadership experience in academic, medical, or practice management settings required; twelve years preferred.
  • Management Experience: At least seven years of management experience preferred.
