Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY:

Broadvoice is seeking a Regional Channel Sales Executive with expertise in CCaaS and UCaaS sales to enhance our expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will foster, sustain, and grow partnerships to promote Broadvoice services. If you possess a background in CCaaS and UCaaS sales coupled with exceptional relationship management skills, we would like to connect with you.

The ideal candidate must reside within the designated territory.

YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and recruit new, high-performing sales agents and channel partners.
  • Provide comprehensive training to partners on Broadvoice products, processes, and protocols.
  • Participate in sales discussions with partners, negotiate during the sales process, and assist in closing deals with end-users.
  • Differentiate Broadvoice from competitors through consistent communication and ongoing product training.
  • Develop business strategies and set monthly/quarterly revenue objectives with key partners, delivering timely and precise reports on partner activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and senior leadership to align on partner and market needs.
  • Work alongside sales operations, customer experience, and business support to address customer and agent-related challenges.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to enhance and promote the Broadvoice name.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong sales orientation and customer-centric approach.
  • Proven track record of success in CCaaS and UCaaS sales within a Channel Sales framework.
  • Experience in the telecommunications sector, particularly in CCaaS and UCaaS.
  • Outstanding relationship-building, verbal and written communication, and follow-up capabilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools; technologically adept.
  • Experience presenting to individuals or groups both in-person and through virtual platforms.
