Position Overview: ECM Holding Company is seeking a qualified Regional Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients by promoting products and addressing their requirements.
  • Manage existing accounts, secure orders, and develop new accounts by organizing daily schedules to connect with current or prospective sales outlets and other trade factors.
  • Tailor sales presentations based on the specific type of sales outlet or trade factor.
  • Concentrate sales efforts by analyzing the current and potential volume of dealers.
  • Process orders by consulting price lists and product information.
  • Keep management updated by submitting activity and results reports, including daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory assessments.
  • Monitor market competition by collecting up-to-date information on pricing, products, new offerings, delivery timelines, and merchandising strategies.
  • Suggest modifications in products, services, and policies by assessing outcomes and competitive trends.
  • Address customer complaints by investigating issues, formulating solutions, preparing reports, and advising management.
  • Maintain historical records by documenting area and customer sales.
  • Contribute to team objectives by achieving related results as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience with Energy Service Contractors.
  • Exceptional listening abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess critical thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Familiarity with Green Energy products and services.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required.
