POSITION SUMMARY:

Broadvoice is seeking a Regional Channel Sales Executive with expertise in CCaaS and UCaaS sales to enhance our expanding team. In this engaging position, you will develop, nurture, and grow relationships with partners to promote Broadvoice services. If you possess a strong background in CCaaS and UCaaS sales along with excellent relationship management skills, we are interested in your profile.

The ideal candidate must reside within the designated territory (Southeast US).

YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Attract and onboard new, effective sales agents/channel partners.
  • Provide training to partners on Broadvoice offerings, procedures, and protocols.
  • Participate in sales meetings with partners, facilitate negotiations throughout the sales process, and assist in finalizing deals with end-users.
  • Differentiate Broadvoice from competitors through consistent communication and ongoing product training.
  • Develop business strategies and set monthly/quarterly revenue goals with key partners, delivering timely and precise reports on partner activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and senior leadership to align on partner and market needs.
  • Coordinate with sales operations, customer experience, and business support to address customer and agent-related concerns.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to enhance and promote the Broadvoice name.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A strong sales orientation and customer-centric approach.
  • A proven track record of success in CCaaS and UCaaS sales within a Channel Sales framework.
  • Experience in the telecommunications sector, particularly in CCaaS and UCaaS.
  • Outstanding relationship-building, verbal and written communication, and follow-up capabilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools; technically adept.
  • Experience presenting to individuals or groups, both in-person and via virtual platforms.
