Our Solutions: By integrating our sensors with low-power wide-area (LPWA) networking technologies, we offer clients innovative options to minimize ongoing expenses associated with IoT networks comprising sensors and connected devices.

Role Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled professional to oversee our Indirect Sales channel. Please specify your preferred location when responding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management: Achieve and surpass regional sales targets by effectively managing and executing all sales, marketing, merchandising, and promotional initiatives. Evaluate work activities and establish performance metrics aligned with the business strategy of the Indirect channel.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the comprehensive operations, budget, and quotas for the Indirect channel. Review sales reports and develop strategic action plans to enhance sales productivity. Manage sales modules, market coverage, and regional promotional activities.
  • Channel Development: Lead negotiations for local contracts and initiate the onboarding of new accounts, while devising innovative marketing, advertising, and sales strategies for both new and existing clients.
  • Customer Retention: Sustain and expand the current customer base while effectively managing churn. Collaborate with various departments to identify and resolve issues affecting the Indirect channel, proposing and implementing process enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, training, or customer service.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and operational skills.
  • Demonstrated success in sales and proven leadership capabilities.
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Effective decision-making and leadership abilities, with a talent for motivating teams to meet sales goals.
  • Capable of delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
