Role Overview:
As a pivotal member of our internal recruitment team, you will contribute significantly to our global expansion strategy.

Your Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, which includes:
   a. Developing sourcing strategies
   b. Engaging with potential candidates
   c. Conducting candidate evaluations
   d. Facilitating interview processes
   e. Leading offer negotiations
   f. Managing pre-boarding activities for new hires
2. Familiarize yourself with and enhance our recruitment playbook to ensure swift and precise hiring processes for yourself, interviewers, and candidates.
3. Implement innovative outreach strategies to connect with passive candidates while managing a steady influx of applicants for various roles.
4. Cultivate strong relationships with leadership, stakeholders, and business partners at HighRadius.

Performance Metrics:
Monitor recruitment analytics diligently, maintaining accountability for key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing regular updates to the business.

Process Improvement:
Demonstrate enthusiasm for enhancing processes by identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and automation, leading to reduced hiring times and an exceptional candidate experience.

Strategic Initiatives:
Engage in strategic recruitment projects or initiatives as required by the organization.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a metrics-focused recruitment role within the SaaS sector.
2. Proven ability to successfully fill an average of 4 positions monthly, ranging from Account Executives to specialized technical roles.
3. Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
4. Data-driven mindset regarding talent acquisition, with a clear understanding of necessary metrics for success.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to influence others.
6. Familiarity with Google Suite and Greenhouse ATS is advantageous.

Preferred Experience:
Experience in or with the cybersecurity sector is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:
Our salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $110,000, along with bonus eligibility and equity options. Our benefits commence on the first day of employment and include, but are not limited to, 401k matching, health, vision, and dental coverage.
