We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage comprehensive recruitment efforts across Altana's Commercial, Marketing, and General & Administrative teams.

In this position, you will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition and take ownership of the entire recruitment process for our business divisions, from initial sourcing to finalizing offers.

Your role will involve acting as a project manager for each recruitment initiative, anticipating the next steps from both the organizational and candidate viewpoints.

As an effective communicator, you will clearly articulate action items and establish deadlines across your hiring teams.

Utilizing a blend of creativity, relationship management, diligence, research, and analytics, you will strive to create the optimal candidate experience and make informed hiring choices.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for marketing, commercial, and G&A positions both domestically and internationally. You will develop top-of-funnel strategies, lead searches, and oversee offers and candidate closures.
  • Initiate innovative recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding strategies to cultivate talent pipelines.
  • Collaborate with Altana's leadership on talent strategies, sharing your insights on market trends, interview best practices, and effective recruitment processes to ensure a premier talent acquisition function.
  • Focus on building a diverse workforce at every stage of the recruitment process, ensuring that our top-of-funnel activities and interviews provide candidates from all backgrounds with equal and unbiased opportunities.
  • Promote a unique and exceptional candidate experience, ensuring that all candidates leave feeling inspired, supported, and well-informed.
  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, leveraging this data to inform decision-making.
  • Embody Altana's core values in all communications, ensuring that candidates appreciate their interactions with you, regardless of the outcome.
Your Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting for go-to-market teams within a rapidly growing, early-stage organization.
  • Adept at connecting with candidates by articulating not just the 'what' but also the 'why' behind the required skills.
  • Recognize that this role is fundamentally a partnership, both with candidates and the teams you support; you adopt a proactive, consultative approach to these relationships, building trust swiftly and consistently.
  • Known for your responsiveness and meticulous attention to detail, understanding the significant impact this has on candidate experience and attracting top talent.
  • Possess strong critical and creative thinking abilities, with a solution-oriented mindset.
