Position Overview:
We are in search of an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our team as a Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this capacity, you will oversee the strategy and implementation of sourcing, evaluating, and selecting exceptional healthcare professionals and team members to fulfill the expanding needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruit qualified healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.
2. Identify and utilize diverse sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, professional associations, academic partnerships, networking events, and referrals to discover potential candidates.
3. Collaborate with the Blackbird Leadership Team to define a candidate experience that distinctly positions Blackbird against competitors in the talent market.
4. Review resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and suitability for open roles.
5. Coordinate and arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
6. Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process, including drafting employment agreements and onboarding new hires.
7. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, healthcare professionals, educational institutions, and industry organizations to enhance the talent pipeline.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to refine recruiting strategies as necessary.
9. Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to comprehend staffing requirements and develop targeted recruitment plans.
10. Maintain accurate and current candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in clinical recruitment or related HR functions.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for recruitment events and job fairs.

Skills:
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in recruitment software, ATS, and other HR tools.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Creative thinking in attracting talent and a strong commitment to enhancing the candidate experience.

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is $110,000-$130,000. Individual compensation may vary based on experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
