Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Lincoln Property Company. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our mechanical equipment, appliances, and building-related systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs, including equipment testing and preventative maintenance.
  • Respond to unscheduled maintenance calls, including plumbing emergencies, minor equipment malfunctions, and HVAC issues.
  • Operate and maintain fire/life safety systems for the property.
  • Perform regularly scheduled Preventative Maintenance tasks to ensure all building equipment is functioning properly.
  • Respond to emergency calls after hours as directed.
  • Conduct routine inspections of building(s) and systems.
  • Promote and maintain safe work practices, focusing on overall safety.
  • Work with tenants to understand their needs and build positive, productive relationships.
  • Collaborate with Property Manager/General Manager on projects as directed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of progressively responsible related experience in a commercial property, tenant management setting.
  • Building and equipment maintenance/repair techniques, as well as basic property management tools and skills.
  • Organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, accomplish work in order of priority; professionally maintain composure & effectiveness under pressure and changing conditions.
  • Self-motivation, leadership, teamwork, and collaboration.
